NayroKart (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to delivering your orders in a timely, safe, and reliable manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you use our mobile application and related services (the “App”).

By placing an order on NayroKart, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Order processing time typically ranges from 0–2 business days, excluding public holidays and weekends.

  • Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation notification via the App, SMS, or email.


2. Shipping Areas

  • NayroKart currently delivers to selected locations within India.

  • Delivery availability depends on your serviceable PIN code.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if delivery is not possible to the provided address.


3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery time varies based on location, product availability, and logistics partner.

  • Typical delivery timelines:

    • Local deliveries: 1–3 business days

    • Inter-city deliveries: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping or delivery charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Charges may vary based on:

    • Order value

    • Delivery location

    • Product type or weight

  • Promotional offers such as free shipping may be available from time to time.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via the App, SMS, or email.

  • You can track the status of your order through the NayroKart App under the My Orders section.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times at the provided address.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the order, the order may be returned to the seller.

  • In such cases, refund eligibility will be subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.


7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

  • NayroKart is not liable for delays caused by:

    • Natural disasters

    • Traffic or weather conditions

    • Incorrect address details

    • Government restrictions or force majeure events


8. Damaged or Missing Items During Delivery

  • If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete:

    • Please report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery

    • Provide supporting photos or videos if requested

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.


9. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.

  • NayroKart will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


10. Contactless Delivery (If Applicable)

  • Contactless delivery options may be available depending on location and delivery partner.

  • Proof of delivery such as OTP confirmation or photo evidence may be required.


11. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
