NayroKart (“we,” “our,” “us”) strives to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality products and reliable services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or cancellations may be requested when you use our mobile application and related services (the “App”).
By placing an order through NayroKart, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched from the seller or warehouse.
Once an order is confirmed for dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.
Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.
If you refuse delivery after dispatch, it may be treated as a return, and applicable charges may be deducted from the refund.
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Product received is damaged, defective, or expired
Product received is incorrect or missing
Order was canceled successfully before dispatch
Product is unusable due to manufacturing defects
Refund requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery (as applicable) through the App or by contacting customer support.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
Perishable goods (unless delivered in damaged or spoiled condition)
Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Requests raised after the allowed return/refund window
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement availability depends on product stock and delivery location.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated.
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Delivery or handling charges are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to an error or fault on NayroKart’s part.
In case of returns, reverse pickup charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.

Limit or deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud or abuse
Suspend accounts with repeated invalid refund requests
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
