Cancelation Policy

NayroKart (“we,” “our,” “us”) understands that customers may need to cancel orders occasionally. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order placed through our mobile application and related services (the “App”).

By placing an order on NayroKart, you agree to the terms of this policy.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

a. Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Customers may cancel an order before it is dispatched from the seller or warehouse.

  • Once an order is confirmed for dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.

b. Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.

  • If the customer refuses delivery after dispatch, the order may be treated as a return, and applicable charges may be deducted as per our Refund Policy.


2. How to Cancel an Order

  • Orders can be canceled through the My Orders section in the NayroKart App, or

  • By contacting customer support before the order is dispatched.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If an order is canceled successfully before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders may not be eligible for cancellation if:

  • The order has already been dispatched or delivered

  • The product is marked as non-cancellable at the time of purchase

  • The order includes perishable or customized items


5. Cancellation by NayroKart

NayroKart reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable

  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors

  • Delivery address is not serviceable

  • Suspected fraudulent activity or policy violation

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.


6. Changes to This Cancellation Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
